Gloria joined Tricor in 2019 through the acquisition of Alpalink by Tricor Group.
She brings with her over 20 years experience in the accounting industry having worked with professional firms and in multinational corporations including premium branded fashion industry and industrial machinery industry.
Gloria specialises in accounting and payroll as well as other business services.
Mr Wong is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Tax Adviser. He has over 13 years’ experience on Hong Kong and China’s tax and business advisory. Before joining Tricor, he had worked in the Big Four firms and firms with international branches.
Mr. Wong specialised in providing tax and business consultation service to multinational, IPO and private companies. His service includes tax structuring, cross-border tax planning, due diligence and transfer pricing.
Ms Ng joined Tricor in 2011, currently serve as manager in Corporate Services department. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and The Chartered Governance in the United Kingdom.
Ms Ng has 10 years’ experience on corporate services, she has been providing professional corporate services for Hong Kong listed companies, multinational and private companies and offshore companies. Ms Ng currently is the company secretary of several companies listed with HKEX.
Ms. Yuen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field. She has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Ms. Yuen is currently the company secretary or joint company secretary of several listed companies on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

With 14 years of experience in IT and Security world, Varun is passionate towards raising awareness about the field. Varun currently heads the Cyber Security division for Tricor Group. His past experiences in roles with large SI's as well as in-house, from being a very hands-on tech to a thought leader, have and continue to help him deliver bespoke end-to-end quality information/cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions/processes and effectively manage diverse teams for large and complex environments.

Sasa joined Tricor Hong Kong in 2020 as Assistant Manager of TSS and is responsible for the development and perform 360 operations of the staffing business. Equipped 6+ years of staffing and bulk recruitment experiences at a global staffing firm under the project team. Actively maintain a pool of 300+ associates on daily basis.
Sasa has done more than 200 projects in 6 years and one of her track records is filling 3000 part-time associates within 2 months. She is strong in maintaining a good relationship with clients, candidates and associate management.
Sasa graduated from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Media and Communication, she later obtained a professional Diploma in Applied Psychology from Baptist University.
Mr. Wan is an innovative executive with extensive experience in professional services, financial services and accounting. He leads 700+ professionals who serve over 10,000 clients including 1,500+ listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, offering integrated business advisory services such as corporate administration, trust and fiduciary, accounting and financial reporting. He also drives the digital transformation strategy, and oversees the company’s ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets such as Greater Bay Area.

Adam Stuckert joined Tricor Group as Group Chief Digital Officer in November 2020. Ms So is a chartered secretary, a chartered governance professional and a fellow of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”) and The Chartered Governance Institute. She is also a holder of the Practitioner’s Endorsement from HKCGI. Ms So obtained a bachelor’s degree in arts (accountancy) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Ms. Lee possesses more than 25 years of experience in the company secretary profession, and has deep knowledge of the listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Companies Ordinance as well as compliance work for offshore companies. She currently holds the company secretary positions for a number of Hong Kong-listed companies, and provides corporate secretarial and compliance services to multinational, private and offshore companies.
Ms. Lee is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators). Ms. Lee is also a member of the Companies Registry Customer Liaison Group, which meets regularly to exchange ideas about the Companies Registry’s services and latest initiatives.
Ms. Wong heads up the Share Registry and Issuer Services team at Tricor Services Limited. She has over 20 years of experience and has held various operations, client relations and business management positions in major international banks. She is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).
Ms. Wong is currently the Chairman of the Federation of Share Registrars Limited (FSR) and a member of USM Working Group led by the Joint Working Group, including Securities and Futures Commission, HKEX and FSR.
Ms. Cui has more than ten years of client experience and market experience in corporate legal compliance, corporate services and trust industries with difference roles in the company. She has participated in the establishment of multiple corporate structures and the expansion of overseas investment business strategies, as well as the establishment of personal family trusts. She is now working in Tricor HK as a senior manager in Commercial Department. With her professional legal knowledge, she mainly provides consultations for corporate clients and individual clients, and through the collaboration of various professional teams from Tricor, to provides clients with a full range of solutions. She has also participated in the structuring of multiple IPO projects.
Mr. Lee has close to 36 years’ of tax and business experience with deep knowledge and understanding of the tax considerations throughout the entire life cycle of companies in Real Estate and Hospitality, Consumer Products and Retail, Technology, Financial Institutions and Family Offices.
He works on cross-border issues, tax compliance and reporting, legal entity rationalization, corporate restructuring, as well as obtaining advance tax rulings and managing tax controversies. He also focuses on the tax impact on businesses as they embark on their digital journey and works with them to transform their finance and tax functions to ensure their readiness for e- filing with the tax authorities. In the area of family offices, he works with private clients to conceptualize and implement tax structures for their preferred jurisdiction.
Joining in 2003, Ms. Siu oversees the operation and business development of Tricor Hong Kong's Business Service Division along with approximately 150 professionals. The division provides financial, accounting, human resources and advisory services to over 1,000 clients from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinationals in diverse industry sectors. Ms. Siu also has over 20 years of experience in payroll outsourcing and HR-related services.
Dr. Veerinderjeet Singh was appointed by Tricor as Non-Executive Chairman of the Malaysian Group in May 2020. In his role, Dr. Veerinderjeet Singh acts as an advisor in areas of complex tax advisory, supports business development, mentors executives, develops positive relations with governments across Tricor’s global offices and serves as an ambassador for the Tricor name and brand.
Ms. Chan joined Tricor in May 2019 and is responsible for development of new business.
Along with her extensive experience in staffing solutions at several global organisations, Ms. Chan also boasts having played an important role in steering her teams towards sustainable progression and promising achievement. Over the past 14 years, she has worked at global HR solutions firms and in-house, experienced in managing sizable projects with MNCs focusing on talent acquisition, manpower & strategic planning, and project management.
Ms. Joyce Lau, is an Executive Director of Business Services of Tricor Services Limited (“Tricor”), Asia’s leading business expansion specialist.
Ms. Lau around 20 years of experience in the business advisory field, specializing in corporate restructuring, regulatory reporting and financial reporting. She has been providing professional services to listed companies and regulated entities in Hong Kong.
She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) (formerly “The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries”) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly “The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators”) in the United Kingdom.
Ms Li has been deeply engaged in the field of cross-border investment for many years, and has rich practical experience in the fields of red-chip structure construction (including VIEd), SAFE 37# registration, ODI registration and so on. Ms Li holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
Jack Wong is the Chief Financial Officer at Tricor Hong Kong, overseeing the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax functions. Jack joined Tricor Hong Kong in 2018 as the Financial Controller and has worked closely with the firm’s senior leadership since his joining.
Jack has over 17 years of experience in building and leading financial teams in global companies. Prior to joining Tricor, he was the lead controller of the Asia Pacific Global Real Estate team at JP Morgan where he oversaw the financial operation of the firm’s property portfolios in the region. He was also the Group Financial Controller at Vistra, driving effective financial reporting and consolidation of all Vistra entities. He was a key member in the completion of more than 10 merger and acquisition deals at Vistra.
Jack began his career in the Assurance division of Ernst & Young Hong Kong, where he participated in various audit engagements for listed companies, IPO projects and other internal control projects. He subsequently joined the Advisory division of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a manager and was responsible for financial due diligences projects and other advisory projects for private equity funds, banks and other institutional clients.
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a master’s degree in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Public Accountants and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ms. Ngai brings over 15 years of experience in the corporate and trust industry in various roles relating to building high performance team from ground-up, managing business of different maturity and driving growth in the region. Prior to joining Tricor, she worked with one of the largest Corporate & Trust service providers in the region advising intermediary clients, family offices and HNWI clients in the protection and growth of wealth through a broad range of corporate and trust solutions. Ms. Ngai is a full member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
May has more than 7 years’ experience in provision of China tax and business advisory services. May has been involved in a wide arrange of corporate tax advices covering the spectrum of industries such as trading, manufacturing, business service, real estate development, transportation and mining, etc. She specializes in tax due diligence, tax restructuring advice, tax health check and review. She is also specified in individual income tax planning, expatriate tax and cross-border issues. May also has experience in transfer pricing compliance and advisory and international tax.
Ms. Mok is responsible for providing corporate secretarial and compliance services to listed companies. She has over 25 years of experience in the company secretarial field. Ms. Mok has deep knowledge of corporate governance practice and operational procedures in accordance with directives from the board of directors. She had served as the company secretary or joint company secretary for a number of state-owned enterprises and H-share companies.

Mr. Shue is a widely experienced lawyer who has practised for more than 30 years. A large part of his legal practice involved corporate and trust structures, assisting clients with asset protection, estate and family succession and tax planning. He has extensive experience with multiple onshore and offshore trust jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, BVI, Cayman, Jersey, Guernsey, Labuan, New Zealand and Samoa, as well as different types of trust structures.
Mr. Shue is a current Executive Committee member, and was formerly Chairman of the Hong Kong Trustees' Association (HKTA). He is Co-chairman of the China Development Sub-Committee of the HKTA jointly with STEP Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Financial Services Advisory Committee and also on the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s Process Review Committee.
Ms Chung has been recognised as an IPO expert in the HK market due to the fact that she has over 25 years’ experience in the industry and has been participated in more than 650 IPOs including most of the high-profile landmark transactions. Ms Chung will be directly on the IPO deal if the HK Share Registrar role is mandated via her IPO team. The Tricor IPO team led by Ms Chung composes team members specially trained to deliver IPO services in the capacity of share registrars and is operated within a wall to comply with the confidentiality requirements of IPO advisors and issuer companies.
Ranjit has led workshops on behalf of the Malaysian Stock Exchange on risk management, internal audit and investigation for 4 years (2013 to 2016) covering senior management and directors of more than 300 listed companies and spoke at various conferences and Board training programmes. Ranjit has appeared on TV and Radio shows including Biz talk (Astro Awani) and live on BFM's breakfast grille programmes on the subjects of internal audit, risk and governance.
Ms. Li possesses more than 20 years of experience in the company secretary profession. She has deep knowledge of the listing rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Companies Ordinance as well as compliance work for offshore companies. She provides corporate secretarial and compliance services to Hong Kong-listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies.
Ms. Li is currently the company secretary / joint company secretary of six listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She is the joint company secretary candidate and is the director in charge and main contact person of this project. Ms. Li is also experienced in trust administration and currently administers private family trusts with assets under management exceeding US$3 billion. Coupled with her profound knowledge and experience with listed companies, she also administers employee benefit trusts for share incentive schemes of various listed companies.
Sherman Luk joined Tricor Group in 2005 and has been appointed Senior Manager – Investor Services since January 2018. Sherman has over 13 years of experiences in investor services. He currently assists Director - Investor Services to look after more than 200 listed issuers, including Shimao Property Holdings Limited and Zhong An Group Limited etc. Sherman holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration.
Mr. Tam is a graduate of the University of Sydney. He is a member of the CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
As the Head of Corporate Tax, he specialize in corporate tax services for multinational and local listed and private companies, in particular in the areas of retail, consumer, industrial products and hotels and property development.
Gained from his 28 years specialized tax experience with Big 4 accountancy firms and with multinational companies in the capacity of the Head of Tax, he has extensive hands-on experience in providing corporate tax compliance services and practical tax advices to his clients involving group legal holding restructuring for IPO, tax efficient structures for overseas investments, regional tax planning and subsequent implementation, tax efficient financing structures, cross border tax planning, corporate tax health checks, and tax controversy services, etc.

Ms. Tan has extensive experience in the financial industry, covering areas including audit, management, financial control and trust administration. For more than 12 years, She advised, structured and administered trusts for clients with net worth ranging from USD2 million to over USD200 million.
By using different tools such as Trusts, PTC and insurance in conjunction with different trust jurisdictions such as BVI, Cayman, Jersey, Labuan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Cayman and Samoa, Ms. Tan has been able to execute the best outcomes for the different needs and purposes in each of her client’s unique situations.
