Eva Chan
Chairman, Hong Kong Investor Relations Association Dr. Chan is the Head of Investor Relations of C C Land Holdings Limited (stock code: 1224). She has more than 25 years of experience and was the CFOs and company secretaries of various listed companies in Hong Kong. She is mainly responsible for formulating the IR strategies for the company and conducting meetings with investors and fund managers all over the world. She also leads a number of corporate finance exercises and corporate restructuring activities. Dr. Chan is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Capital Environment Holdings Limited (stock code: 3989) and is appointed as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr. Chan graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She then earned her MBA degree from the University of Nottingham. She also obtained a DBA degree from the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association, a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Donald Choi
Executive Director and Group CEO, Chinachem Group, HK Donald Choi is an architect and currently the Chief Executive Officer of Chinachem Group. He has over 30 years of experience working to improve the built environment and worked as a professional architect globally. Previously MD of the Nan Fung Group, and a Director of Foster and Partners, Donald has provided professional services for Hong Kong Government, Airport Authority, Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Urban Renewal Authority, Public Works Canada, British Columbia Buildings Corporation. Alongside his professional career, he has held multiple leadership roles in NGO and professional bodies that focus on community, design and innovation. He is now the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design.

Prof Witman Hung
Principal Liaison Officer for HK, Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hongkong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen Professor Hung is currently the Hong Kong Deputy to 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and Principal Liaison Officer for Hong Kong, Shenzhen Qianhai Authority. A seasoned ICT professional and angel investor, he has worked in the industry for more than 30 years. He is the Executive Chairman of Chinese Big Data Society and Chairman of Hong Kong Road Safety Association. Professor Hung was appointed as one of the Global Council Members of the World Summit Awards, an initiative within the framework of UN WSIS. He is also an Independent Non-executive Director of three companies listed in the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Professor Hung is a Chartered Information Technology Professional and a fellow of the British Computer Society, the Hong Kong Computer Society and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Jingjing Jiang
Partner, King & Wood Mallesons Jingjing Jiang is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Group of King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong and head of Hong Kong Funds Team. He is also the founding president of the Hong Kong LPF Association.

Jingjing’s practice includes formation of all types of private funds including private equity, buyout, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, fund of funds, credit, debt and mezzanine, secondary and hedge funds. He is also experienced in advising fund managers on separately managed accounts, co-investment and carried interest structuring and is familiar with fund structures in all major jurisdictions, including Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Singapore, the Channel Islands, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Delaware. He also acted on both buyer and seller sides on large secondary transactions.

Jingjing has practiced in Shanghai, London and Hong Kong, and he has advised a large number of multinational companies including leading fund managers, financial institutions, other institutional investors and state-owned enterprises on structuring international funds, co-investment and carried interest and other asset management and fund products. He also represents a considerable number of international and Chinese institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds on their investments in international private funds.

Jingjing has been following closely on the legislation of the Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund Ordinance and assisted FSTB in the legislation process. He helped set up the first nine out of ten limited partnership funds in Hong Kong. Jointly with HKMA, FSDC, InvestHK, HKEX, and various industry associations, Jingjing has spoken on over twenty conferences and webinars on Hong Kong LPF and family office topics and has been involved in the setup of nearly 100 LPFs so far. He co-authored a number of articles and newsletters introducing LPF and related topics promoting LPF and the asset management industry in Hong Kong.

Jingjing was named in Asian Legal Business’ (ALB) 2017 “40 under 40” list of most outstanding legal professionals in Asia representing the brightest young legal minds in Asia. He was named in China Business Law Journal’s “Rising Star 2020” list, which profiles 30 most accomplished next generation lawyers in China.

Jingjing is qualified to practise in Hong Kong and holds a PRC lawyer qualification certificate.

Chi Man Kwan
CEO of Raffles Family Office & Chairman of Family Office Association Hong Kong Chi Man Kwan is Group Chief Executive Officer of Raffles Family Office (RFO), a pan-Asian financial advisory firm focused on addressing the wealth growth and preservation needs of ultra-high net worth individuals.

Kwan's responsibilities centre on overseeing RFCs primary business lines — Independent Asset Management and Wealth Solutions — as well as steering the company's expansion to new markets and service offerings. Under his leadership, RFO has fast become one Of Asia's largest mufti-family offices, with a local presence in five cities across the and a headcount Of over 100.

A wealth advisor by training, Kwan 15 years in the private banking sector with BNP Paribas and Standard Chartered before starting a single-family Office that he later turned into what is now RFQ In addition to his cogx)rate role, Kwan is the chairman of Family Office Association Hong Kong, a consultative established to lead and drive dialogue between the family office industry, governments, and regulatory bodies.

Kwan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Management from Lancaster University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA through a programme run by INSEAD and Tsinghua University.

Anson Law
Market Outreach Division, Hong Kong Monetary Authority Anson focuses on financial market outreach and promotion, covering the asset and wealth management sector, including traditional and alternative asset managers, family offices and institutional investors. Prior to taking up his current role, Anson spearheaded development of Hong Kong’s private equity and venture capital fund market, including the mapping out of Hong Kong’s Limited Partnership Fund regime, broadening of tax exemption to cover onshore funds, etc. Anson also worked at HKMA’s Direct Investment team and Risk & Compliance Department, where he was responsible for Exchange Fund’s PE and real estate investments and investment operational and business risk compliance matters respectively. Before joining the HKMA, Anson was a member of the HKSARG Administrative Officer grade and served at various policy bureaux including Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, where he closed the railway merger deal and advised on various public infrastructure financing projects; and Chief Secretary for Administration’s Private Office, etc., where he acquired extensive experience in policy formulation.

Michael Ling
Deputy Company Secretary of CLP Holdings Michael Ling is the deputy company secretary for CLP Holdings Limited and oversees the day to day functions of CLP Group Corporate Secretarial and works closely with the Board of Directors of CLP Holdings and the Board Committees.

Prior to taking up this position in 2016, he was the legal counsel on the international team of CLP Group Legal Affairs for over four years. Before joining CLP, he was in the group legal function of AIA Group Ltd and was involved in the restructuring of the AIA group of companies. He also has extensive experience in corporate transactions and advisory work including public and private M&A and capital markets work in Hong Kong, London and Beijing.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and has completed the IMD’s Applied Leadership Program and the FT Non-Executive Director Programme. He is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar. He is also a Fellow member of both The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries), and awarded with the dual designations of Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional; he is currently a member of Technical Consultation Panel and Mainland China Focus Group of HKCGI. He also sits on the Board of AFS Hong Kong.

Ellie Pang
CEO, Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute Ms Ellie Pang is the Chief Executive of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Before pursuing a career as a regulator, Ms Pang was a solicitor in two of the world’s largest international law firms.

Until May 2019, Ms Pang has been a senior regulator at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd which is the frontline regulator for Hong Kong’s listed companies. Her main focus was on policy issues concerning corporate boards, having lead projects that revamped Hong Kong’s Corporate Governance Code and ESG Reporting Guide.

Ms Pang has been a frequent keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist at numerous conferences.

Rocky Tung
Director and Head of Policy Research, Financial Services Development Council Dr Tung is the Director, Head of Policy Research for the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC). He leads the team responsible for conducting policy research and industry surveys for the formulation of proposals to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and financial regulators.

Prior to joining the FSDC, Dr Tung was the Director of Capital Markets Policy for CFA Institute, covering research areas related to capital market structures (e.g. corporate governance, regulatory environment) in the Asia Pacific region. Before that, he was the Senior Economist for the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, where he oversaw its macroeconomic research, as well as labour- and international trade- related policy research functions. He also served as an economist and a research analyst for banks, a trade credit insurer and a Hong Kong-based think-tank.

Dr Tung holds a doctoral degree in organisational leadership from the Northeastern University in Boston. He received a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree, both in Economics, from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, respectively.

Michele Wan
Vice President, Corporate & Governance Counsel for Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited Michele Wan, Vice President, Corporate & Governance Counsel for Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited. Michele serves as Melco Resorts’ Vice President and Corporate & Governance Counsel primarily responsible for, among other things, corporate, compliance, board and corporate governance matters for the group. Prior to joining Melco Resorts, Michele was based in Singapore and headed up the Southeast Asia legal function for a US Fortune 500 commercial real estate conglomerate with general oversight of their legal affairs in the region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Michele is a seasoned commercial lawyer with over 20 years of post-qualification experience and admitted to practise in Hong Kong, England and Wales and the British Virgin Islands.

David Wong
Head of Greater Bay Area Business Development team of Invest Hong Kong David Wong is the Head of Greater Bay Area Business Development team of Invest Hong Kong. He is responsible for, among other things, attracting international companies to set up in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area via Hong Kong through enhancing collaboration with investment promotion agencies of other cities in the region, organising and participating in business events both locally and globally and engaging with stakeholders.

David holds the Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University, Canada.
